Liquid Space: Ross Lovegrove

Liquid space, the title of Ross Lovegrove’s installation for Swarovski Crystal Palace at Design Miami 2008, perfectly describes the flow of light and reflected environment of his chandelier – made from 250,000 crystals – in the surface of its four mirror-polished aluminium tables. From his West London studio, Lovegrove explains how this work is an index to an entire network of ideas.
