Karim Rashid is a colourful industrial designer who has worked on projects ranging from products, interiors, fashion, furniture, lighting, art and music. Rashid has won numerous awards and his work is in permanent collections of dozens of museums. He has over 1000 objects on the market, and exhibits art at Sandra Gering and Deitch Projets in New York. Karim Rashid the flagship store opened in New York in 2005.
