Trail-blazing, innovative, bursting with energy, provocative, self-made – it is difficult to reduce the personality of founding director of Quinze & Milan to a few words. Arne Quinze’s first defiant collection in 1999 was Primary Pouf, which shook the very foundations of the design world being a resounding success that still sells at the amazing rate of over 15,000 pieces annually. In addition to designs for his own label, the designer also creates furniture for Italian furniture firm Moroso. Quinze & Milan is more than a design agency. In addition it is a platform featuring the work of other designers combining installations, graphics, architecture, sportswear, perfume bottles, household accessories, as well as hardcore transport.
