Basiliskos pays homage to Francesco Borromini and his waved facade of San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane in Rome. The name Basiliskos comes from the Greek name for King of Serpents. The snake-like shape of the light features hand-cut, oversized Swarovski crystals set in a highly finished body. The LED lighting system pulsates and subtly changes colour, accompanied by a strong white focussed beam of light at the head and tail.
